Horizonte Minerals participates in Exposibram 2022
Horizonte will be present at one of the largest mining meetings in Latin America,
with a booth and technical lecture, in addition to presenting biodiversity initiatives at the Brazilian Mining Congress
Horizonte Minerals Plc (AIM: HZM; TSX: HZM), the nickel development company with assets in Brazil will be participating in Exposibram, one of the biggest mining events in Latin America. The Company’s Araguaia Nickel Project, currently in construction, is the largest Greenfields investment in nickel in Brazil, specifically in the municipality of Conceição do Araguaia, in southeastern Pará. Coupled with this, the Vermelho Project in Canaã dos Carajás and has advanced to feasibility stage.
Between September 12 and 15, Horizonte Minerals will have a booth at the fair to engage with professionals from the mining sector, students, suppliers, representatives of government agencies and the general public. The Company will also host a technical lecture and participate in a panel at the Brazilian Mining Congress, which takes place in parallel to the exhibition. On the 13th, the director of the Araguaia Project, Leonardo Vianna and the Manager of Environment and Licensing, Flávia Veronese, will give a lecture to present Horizonte and its Projects in Pará, which will position the Company among the world's leading nickel producers. Horizonte Minerals is also present in the grid of the Brazilian Mining Congress: on the 14th, Flavia will participate in the panel for Biodiversity Conservation by Mining, along with other important market players, where congressmen will have the opportunity to understand the biodiversity plan developed by Horizonte to increase biodiversity rates in the Araguaia Project region.
