TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Horizonte Minerals Plc, (AIM: HZM, TSX: HZM) ('Horizonte' or 'the Company'), announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 January 2019, the Company has 1,446,377,287 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,446,377,287.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
