DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALING

Horizonte Minerals Plc, (AIM: HZM, TSX: HZM) (‘Horizonte’ or ‘the Company’), announces that on 20 December 2018, Simon Retter, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 138,121 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.81p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr. Retter is now interested in 1,138,121 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the total voting rights of the Company.
